Who doesn’t want a pair of slender, shapely and perfectly formed legs? Luscious legs are an easy way to look sexy and attract new visitors to your chat room. To get a pair of amazing legs you have to put in the work but, hey, it’s totally worth it and it’s easier than you might think.
7:00 am: 10-minute morning workout
Start your day well with this easy 10-minute workout
Early morning is the best time to workout, because your body is more reactive and you burn more calories. Before breakfast, take a few minutes to practice the following exercises.
Squat
Stand straight with feet spread wide. Lower your body by bending as if you were lowering yourself to sit on a chair. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat 20 times.
Front lunges
Stand tall and slowly step forward with your right foot. Pause briefly in this position then return to the starting position. Repeat 10 times and switch legs.
Squat and lateral punch
Stand tall, bend your legs and lower yourself as you wanted to sit on a chair. While returning to the starting position, slightly rotate your torso to one side and stretch the opposite arm as if you were punching someone in the face. Repeat 10 times and switch side.
1:00 pm: high intensity exercise
Before lunch, take a few minutes to practice high intensity exercises that, if performed every single day, help slim down your legs and get toned without bulking.
High knee run
Run in place lifting your knees as high as you can for 30-40 seconds.
Jump squat
Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart. Lower your hips back and down gently into your standard squat, then jump. When you land, lower your body back into the squat position to complete one rep. Repeat 20 times.
Lateral lunges
Stand with your feet about twice shoulder-width apart. Shift your weight to the right leg and lower your body as far as you can, while keeping your left leg straight and your foot flat on the floor. Hold the position for a couple of seconds, then return to the starting position, repeat 10 times and switch side.
Donkey kicks with extended legs
On all four on your elbows, with your left knee resting on the floor, lift your right leg up to the maximum contraction of your glutes. Lower your right leg and repeat 15 times, then switch side.
6:00 pm: go for a walk
Taking a 30-minute walk a day every single day helps you tone up your body and burn calories. Start by walking for half an hour than gradually alternating walking and running.
